The Spanish Private Equity and Venture Capital Journal is willing to accept any original scholarly contributions on private equity, venture capital and corporate finance from researchers, professors and professionals operating in the areas of Law, Economics, Finance and related disciplines.
Reviews of existing research papers, empirical studies, sector analyses, as well as legislation and case law commentaries on the preceding areas shall also be considered for publication. Only those works favorably reviewed by the Advisory Board shall be subject to publication.
