It has a search engine that allows the identification of transaction through diverse criteria. Search results offer, in addition to summarizing the number of identified transactions and their average multiples, the possibility of obtaining a more detailed report for each of the transactions detailing general information, ratios and transaction multiples (sales, equity, Ebit, Ebitda, profit, gross margin) as well as additional information relating to the transaction structure and payment means and even about the fees paid to the advisors.
